1. The Salon will consist of four Projected Digital Image Sections:- Open Colour (PSA Colour PID) , Open Monochrome (PSA Mono PID) , Nature (PSA ND) and Photo-Travel (Trad) (PSA PTD). The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the organisers, in their discretion, believe the entry does not conform to exhibition conditions of entry or related definitions or is deemed to be inappropriate under UK law.

2. A maximum of four entries may be submitted into any one Section. The same photograph may not be entered into more than one Section. All Entries must have a unique title and that title must not have been changed if the entry has previously been accepted in ANY other International Exhibition or Salon.

3. Entry to all sections will be via the “on-line” entry forms, using the "Entry Form” Page of this web site when available. Photographs should be uploaded via the web site.

By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted). The entrant permits the organisers or sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. Note: Entrants who indicate that their photographs may not be reproduced or used may not be eligible for awards or inclusion in audio-visuals of the exhibition and could be subjected to disqualification by the exhibition or its sponsors.

8. Photographs in the Open-Colour and Open-Monochrome Sections may be altered, either digitally or otherwise by the maker, but all parts of the photograph must be obtained photographically by the entrant. This does not apply to the Nature Section or the Photo-Travel (Trad) Section. Entries into this salon must conform to all the relevant Definitions including both FIAP and PSA definitions. Where applicable “Creative” shall be defined as “Altered Reality”.
